Software for live news operations

Three practice areas built on systems already delivered to news channels: graphics that run themselves, election nights driven by live data, and the software that keeps a newsroom running.

Live Graphics & Ticker Automation

VizRT templates, tickers, and full PCR automation driven by data instead of re-keying — built for channels that run graphics all day.

Live Graphics & Ticker Automation

News channels push straps, tickers, and full-frames on every bulletin. The work here connects those graphics to their sources: third-party content applications that feed VizRT, ticker clients built on Transition Logic and Data Pool, and channel-wide PCR automation designed to get the most out of every Viz machine.

Election, AR & Touch Graphics

Election coverage is the hardest live graphics job a newsroom runs: thousands of seats, numbers changing by the minute, and every screen in the studio expected to agree. These systems fetch counting data, sync it to the graphics, and drive augmented-reality sets, VR walls, touch screens, and full-frames from one feed — from early News24, NewsX, and News Nation election tools to the 2024 general election for Sakshi TV and Sri Lanka's election on Hiru TV.

Newsroom Operations Software

A channel runs on more than graphics. Alongside the on-air work, Fusion Code Studio's founder has built the business systems newsrooms depend on — barcode asset tracking, guest and payment management for debate shows, HR and biometric attendance, hashtag and trend tracking, and Android and Windows Phone apps with live channel streaming.
